its a simple design and anyone can do it , don't need a professional experience

WHAT TOOLS WE NEED 

• Flat nose plier
• Gum
• Scissors

WHAT MATERIALS WE NEED

• Paper strips
• Eye pins
• Metal head spacers 
• Ear hooks

STEP 1:

Take two lite magenta color paper trip and two lite green color paper strip

 STEP 2:

Cut one magenta color strip to equal two piece  as shown in the figure

 STEP 3:

Roll the magenta strip using Quilling needle 

if you  haven't a needle then use a toothpick or any narrow needles screwdrivers also

 STEP 4:

Stick lite green strip to tail of the magenta strip and complete

STEP 5:

Carefully push the center portion and make a cup shape like this image

 STEP 6:

Apply fabric glue on the inner surface for securing its structure

STEP 7:

Also apply outer surface of its structure 

allow it to dry for 20 minute

(in here i am used fevicol MR it also give a glitterness )

STEP 8: 

Insert eye pin and bow its by flat nose plier

STEP 9:

Attach ear hook on it and complete it

Now it is ready,
